We are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our team and ensure our continued success in navigating the complex landscape of cannabis regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with extensive experience in compliance within the cannabis industry.
This individual should possess exceptional leadership and team-building skills, work well and collaborate with other Department Heads as well as a deep understanding of the current OCM (Office of Cannabis Management) program and its requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations Oversee and manage compliance activities across the organization Provide guidance and support to various teams on compliance matters Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions Stay up to date with changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders Requirements:
