Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to drafting motions, conducting depositions, appearance at court conferences and trials, along with ability to manage a file from start to finish.

Qualifications:
Three (3) to Fivw (5) to years of litigation practice experience Ability to build rapport with clients by maintaining excellent attorney client relations Be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere Associate Attorney must have excellent writing and courtroom skills along with outstanding negotiation skills Interested candidates please forward your resume, recent writing sample along with your salary requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
