2K - $118K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Mid-sized Hudson Valley law firm is seeking a Matrimonial/Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of three to five years of practice experience to join our growing firm.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the areas of contested and uncontested divorces, custody and support cases.
Candidate must have ability to build rapport with clients maintaining excellent client relations and work in a collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to drafting motions, conducting depositions, appearance at court conferences and trials, along with ability to manage a file from start to finish.
Candidate must have excellent writing and courtroom skills along with outstanding negotiation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
