As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with experienced practitioners and be given the opportunity to grow your career in a collegial and supportive environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled attorney with a passion for land use and municipal law.
The successful candidate will handle a diverse mix of matters, including representation at Town/Village boards, planning boards, zoning board of appeals, and other governmental entities.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a current license to practice in New York State.
Two (2) - five (5) years of experience practicing law with a focus on land use and municipal law.
Experience attending and presenting at municipal or administrative hearings on land use issues and knowledge of SEQR.
Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional practice.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PerfectLaw preferred.
Must be able to work onsite at our Walden, NY office.
Attend night meetings.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
