Job DetailsOur client is seeking a Matrimonial/Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of practice experience to join our growing firmOur ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the areas of contested and uncontested divorces, custody, and support cases.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to drafting motions, conducting depositions, and appearing at court conferences and trials, along with the ability to manage a file from start to finish.
QualificationsAbility to build rapport with clients maintain excellent client relations and work in a collaborative atmosphere.
Excellent writing and courtroom skills along with outstanding negotiation skills.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a current license to practice in New York State.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PerfectLaw preferred.
Must be able to work onsite at our Walden, NY office.
