We are looking to grow our team! Come join us as we are searching for a full time Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Assistant for our main office located in Walden, NY.
As part of our team, key responsibilities may include the following:
Entering transactions into our retail software system, to include Accounts Payable, checking orders for accuracy, receiving orders, and tracking order status.
Support our Sales Team in order to assure they have the tools necessary to work effectively.
Backup other positions, including Office Manager/Customer Service Manager, Sales Entry.
Become familiar with the business quickly so as to effectively and professionally assist coworkers, customers, and vendors and handle/route telephone calls and inquiries.
Assist with administration of customer service issues, parts orders, and scheduling.
To be considered you must have the following:
2-4
years' experience in a similar environment, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Be flexible as to duties performed.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
