Production Control/Inventory Analyst

Ensure that daily production statistics, regulatory records, and other business critical elements are accurately presented and maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Daily entry of production data and statistics production, waste, machine up-time etc.
Calculation of daily production bonus data
Enter and reconcile raw materials usage
Month end inventory reconciliation and reporting
Capture and report regulatory information
Reconcile material waste shipments and payments
Assist members of the Management Team with data reporting requirements
Purchase order maintenance
Daily statistical reporting
Assist with periodic inventory counts and auditor visits
Spreadsheet and database design and management
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems or other related field
Highly proficient in the use of electronic information systems
Excel experience and proficiency a must VBA / Macro programming a plus
Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
Demonstrates initiative, persistence and the ability to solve problems
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving, and decision-making abilities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
